Dach PRO takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website, as well as your rights as a data subject. 1. Data processing for orders in the online shop
To process orders, we collect and process the following personal data: Name, address, email address, telephone number (optional), payment information. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
This data will be passed on to service providers if this is necessary for the execution of the contract - in particular:
to Shipping company (e.g. DHL),
to Payment service providers (e.g. PayPal, Klarna),
as well as our Hosting and platform provider Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, ON, Canada, K2P 2L8.
Shopify processes the data on our behalf. Data transfer to third countries (USA/Canada) is based on EU standard contractual clauses. Details can be found at: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
Your data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies, e.g. after complete contract processing and expiry of statutory retention periods. Customer accounts are automatically deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
2. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we will process your transmitted data exclusively to process your request (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, if applicable (b) GDPR). The data will be deleted as soon as the communication is completed, unless there are legal retention obligations.
