Shipping information
We ship all orders with DHL as standard.
In exceptional cases – especially International shipments – shipping can also be carried out via alternative service providers such as UPS. We make our selection based on availability, cost-effectiveness and delivery speed.
Delivery takes place after receipt of payment and usually takes 1-4 working days within Germany.
There is generally no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping abroad can take significantly longer. All delivery times stated are non-binding guidelines, as external factors (e.g. customs, weather, strikes) may influence the process.
For net goods values of €500 and above, delivery is free of charge within Germany.
The exact shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
Note: international broadcasts may be possible Customs or import duties These are to be borne by the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Your item doesn't fit or is too big? No problem!
You can exchange or return your order within 30 days.
Return shipping is at your own expense.

A notice: Depending on your bank, it may take 2-5 business days for your payment to reach us.
Your order will remain reserved for you until payment is received (max. 21 days).
After receipt of payment, your goods will be dispatched immediately.
If the item is returned, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

If you pay with PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal during the ordering process. There you can conveniently make your payment by credit card, credit card or direct debit.
