MASC PNEUMATIC NOTCHING UNIT
Pneumatic notching unit complete consisting of. The MASC tool is the ideal solution for professional sheet metal tools applications in the workshop and on the construction site.
SCOPE OF DELIVERY
• 2 pneumatic cylinders with hose package and foot pedal, mounted on linear rails with base plate
• Notching tool base units AWGPNA2 (1 x left and 1 x right)
• 1 set of upper blades, of your choice
• 1 set of lower blades, of your choice
DESCRIPTION
• simultaneous bilateral pneumatic notching for upper and lower standing seams on flat sheet metal at a right angle, before profiling or folding
• simple pneumatic notching, each for upper and lower standing seams on flat, diagonally cut sheet metal (e.g. verge flashing, vertical seam), before profiling or folding
• return fold adjustable to either 25 mm or 45 mm
• for facade panels with 90° standing finish: M90GSÜPNA + M90GSUPNA / 1 set of blades each (upper and lower seam) for facade cutout with sheet metal tabs for closing, for seam height and seam width for angle standing seams, suitable for profiling machine and also for folding
• for roof and facade panels SEMI-CIRCULAR with profiling machine: MHSÜPNA + MHSUPNA / 1 set of blades each (upper and lower seam)
• for roof and facade panels SEMI-CIRCULAR with folding machine: MHÜPNA + MHUPNA / 1 set of blades each (upper and lower seam)
