Universal and mobile bending and shaping of sheet metal. With 4 guide rollers, the Eco-Bender offers easy handling and stable guidance through the material. Manufacture various profiles, folds and counter-folds as well as standing seam profiles in different fold heights that you can freely choose within the capabilities of the device.

Upstand height continuously adjustable (display in mm and inches). Internal and external radii are possible. With an adapter, two Eco-Benders can be connected to form a Duo-Bender. This makes processing long, straight sheets even easier.

How does this work?
Very easy. The following applies to all bends: Set the desired edge height using the measuring scale and secure it with the star screw. Place the material between the bending bearings with the individual ball bearing pointing in the direction to be folded, i.e. at the top if necessary. Now move the bender upwards through the material with light pressure until the desired angle is reached. The result is precise and the material is not damaged.
