The WUKO Master 0420 is a professional profiling machine for producing profiles for angular or double standing seams with a 25 mm seam height. The integrated device for curved bending allows for both convex and concave curved bending.
With its modular aluminum profile frame, infinitely adjustable working speed, and eight large, hardened profile roller sets, the WUKO Master 0420 is designed for precise and efficient profiling.

Profiling
The WUKO Master 0420 produces profiles for angular or double standing seams with a 25 mm seam height.
The working width can be infinitely adjusted from approx. 290 to 810 mm via two spindles with a handwheel. This results in a panel width of approx. 210 to 730 mm.
The infeed guides can be adjusted easily and precisely to make dimension corrections to the edges.
The eight large, hardened profile roller sets ensure a low-stress profile. The eighth roller set also serves to easily align the panels as well as for curved bending.
Curved bending:
- Convex or concave
- Smallest radius: approx. 6 m
Even short panels can be profiled without any problems. The minimum length is approx. 50 cm.
For single-sided profiling, for example with conical panels, the smallest seam distance is 64 mm.
Cutting
The machine features a manual transverse cutting device.

Working speed
The 230 V motor is equipped with a frequency converter. This allows the working speed to be infinitely adjusted from 0 to 12 m/min.
The machine can be operated in both forward and reverse modes.
Machine construction
The machine frame consists of a modular aluminum profile system.
The upper machine cover features easy-to-open swing doors with a safety switch. The frame inserts are made of transparent, impact-resistant polycarbonate panels.
As a result, the machine offers:
- a good overview during profiling
- quick access for adjustments
- easy access for service work
For mobile use, the machine is equipped with two fixed casters and two swivel casters with total locks.
