Lightweight
Weighing just 900g without the battery, the Birdie is the smallest and lightest cordless riveter in its class. It sits particularly compactly in the hand and allows for effortless riveting.
Large work area
With a setting force of 10 kN and a tool stroke of 25 mm, blind rivets up to a diameter of 5 mm of all materials, aluminum up to 6 mm, are processed.
Tool-free maintenance
Cleaning and replacing the chuck jaws or nosepieces is done without tools. Color-coded nosepieces facilitate identification of the blind rivet used.
Full power
Sets over 3,000 blind rivets with just one battery charge!* As part of the CAS family, the batteries can be used flexibly and across manufacturers with various tools.

BLDC motor
The BLDC motor is almost wear-free and the setting process is significantly faster than with standard battery-powered tools.
Collection container
Transparent collection container for mandrels, allowing you to see when it needs to be emptied. Also available in an extended version for long mandrels.
